赵建国

男,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院动物研究所干细胞与生殖生物学国家重点试验室党总支书记,大动物遗传修饰课题组长,2010年中科院引进人才,国家杰出青年基金获得者,中国科学院动物研究所干细胞与生殖生物学国家重点实验室研究员,大动物遗传修饰研究组组长,中国科学院大学研究员,中国动物遗传育种学分会常务理事,中国生殖生物学分会常务理事,中国实验动物学会实验小型猪专业委员会常务理事,担任J Mol Cell Biol、AROH、J Integr Agr、Fundamental Research、Sci Rep、农业生物技术学报和遗传等杂志副主编、编委会委员。担任科技部“863”项目首席科学家、国家重点研发计划项目、基金委重大项目以及重点项目负责人等、国家重点研发计划“生物医用材料研发与组织器官修复替代”、“畜禽新品种培育与现代牧场科技创新”重点专项专家组成员,转基因科技重大项科技部评估专家组成员,国家畜禽遗传资源委员会猪专业委员会委员。在国际国内会议作特邀报告 40余次,获得发明专利6项,其中国内5项和PCT 1项。

【研究方向】

致力于建立高效的猪基因组编辑和功能基因组学分析平台,为生物医学研究和临床前转化提供理想的大动物疾病模型,同时也可以为猪的经济性状改良和品系培育提供新的手段和解决思路。通过化学诱变建立了大规模的突变体,筛选到了影响骨骼发育、肌肉发生、血细胞再生、行为、毛色等猪重要性状的功能基因和突变家系;不但为进一步培育猪新品种提供了育种材料和分子标记,也促进了猪在生物医学中的应用,是动物遗传领域的原创性成果。创建了在猪的乳汁中表达高活性人抗凝血因子9多转基因猪和UCP1基因编辑猪,在提高瘦肉的同时改善了体温调节,为猪的基因编辑育种提供了概念性的验证,获得了国内外权威媒体的正向和广泛报道,主要研究方向为:

1.通过化学诱变进行猪全基因组水平的随机突变和表型分析,建立突变家系,筛选功能基因和培育猪突变体;

2.通过基因组编辑(Genome Editing, GE)技术进行猪的基因组遗传修饰进而改善猪的农业生产性状或构建生物医学研究的大动物模型;

3.猪早期胚胎发育的表观遗传调控和体细胞核移植。
